Whenever I’m asked what I’m thankful for, the answer has always been “opportunity.” And I’m truly excited to announce my latest opportunity: an invitation to join the Apartment Therapy team as a Senior Writer!

Many of you know I’ve been a home and lifestyle contributor to Apartment Therapy for seven years now (that’s a long f-ing time), but I’ll be a full-time member of the editorial staff starting next week. It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to my current marketing/design/communications gig (I got to work on a ton of really fun projects, and U.S. Bank has been the best company to work for), but I’m so eager to dive completely into the editorial world. Apartment Therapy’s influence in the shelter space is growing every day and I’m completely stoked to get to be an even bigger part of it.

Apartment Therapy is based in New York City, but I’ll be staying put here in Atlanta and working from our apartment in our (formerly neglected, now freshly cleaned up) home office.
