Vendor Commission Agreement

In the event that the seller does not maintain insurance or provide any evidence, the customer must consider these acts as a violation of this supplier contract and constitute grounds for termination. In addition, we publish several variants of this agreement: 7.6 In the event of a dispute between companies related to credits for a successful sale, we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, alone or in agreement with PayKickstart, which competing affiliates must be credited with the commission at issue. All decisions are final. The seller indicates that he or she has the expertise, knowledge and experience to provide the goods or services described in this supplier agreement. 20.2 Notwithstanding the contrary provisions contained in this provision, If we terminate this agreement on the basis of our finding that (i) you have breached the essential terms of this agreement, or (ii) that your marketing practices appear to be contrary to FTC rules or other laws or regulations of a regulatory authority, we may, alone or in coordination with PayKickstart, cause you to lose commissions that you may have earned under this agreement. 3. Independent contractor status. The company has no influence or control over the time the contractor spends on the sale of [business names] and the relationship between the parties is that of the independent contractor and not as an employer/employee, client or similar relationship. Upon payment of the contractor pursuant to this agreement, the company will not retain any taxes or other deductions, except with the explicit written agreement of the parties. The entity notifies the relevant tax authorities of any payment made under this agreement. In the event that one of the parties realizes that a situation that could delay part of this seller agreement would give it 5 days to provide the other party with a written notification, including all relevant information. The seller is considered an independent contractor.

This seller agreement does not create any employer/worker relationship between the customer and the seller, and such an agreement is never concluded. The cornerstones of this agreement are three defined terms. The seller undertakes to acquire the necessary insurance for the duration of this contract and must provide proof of this insurance to the customer upon request.
